How it works

FAQs

After the PicoSure procedure, you will find that there is minimal downtime and pain. The pain is equivalent to a minor sunburn but goes away quickly. You may also find that you have slight redness to the treated areas. Any swelling or redness tends to go away in just 1-3 hour
A series of 3-4 treatments is recommended. Treatment intervals are 2-4 weeks but can be up to 8 weeks for darker skin types. Each patient is unique and will be evaluated prior to treatment.
Apply sunscreen when going outdoors and moisturise daily after the treatment. Try to minimise sun exposure and no swimming or outdoor activities for 1 week after the treatment.
