Installment Agreement for Treatment Packages

1. Client & Package Information

2. Payment Terms

  • Client agrees to pay the remaining balance before receiving the 2nd session.
  • If payment is not completed by the 2nd visit, TR BEAUTY SPA reserves the right to withhold future services until payment is fulfilled.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client chooses not to continue the package after making a partial payment:
  • 20% of the amount already paid will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  • The remaining amount will be used to calculate services already rendered based on regular service prices.
  • Any remaining balance after deductions will not be refunded.

4. Acknowledgement & Responsibilities

  • Client agrees to all terms and confirms understanding of this installment plan.
  • Spa staff are responsible for noting payment status and confirming full payment before proceeding with services.
  • TR BEAUTY SPA is not liable for any misunderstanding if payment terms are not honored by the client.
